"Bottled Water" is a hand-made, one-of-a-kind earthenware clay whistle with three notes.  The man with his hand on the tap controls the flow, and holds a container of bottled water while his compatriots protest and cry out.  Approximately 4" tall x 3" deep x 2" wide.
