Overnight Stay and Breakfast at Betsy's B & B, Montpelier

Item Number: 225
Time Left: CLOSED
Description
Betsy's Bed & Breakfast occupies two Victorian homes within walking distance of the State House, Vermont College and many great shops and restaurants in downtown Montpelier. Built in 1895, the houses have been restored and tastefully decorated with period antiques. The 12 guest rooms all have private baths, cable TV, and telephones with voice mail and data ports. Many rooms have adjacent kitchens and living rooms and can be rented as suites. Guests rave about the comfortable beds and outstanding decor. Take time to rock on the front porch or enjoy the terraced garden in warm weather; when it's cold, curl up by the cherry fireplace in the parlor. Breakfast is generous and satisfying. Jon is from Vermont, while Betsy's roots are in the south, so breakfast may be traditional New England fare (blueberry pancakes and maple syrup, bacon and fresh-baked bread) or southern comfort food (eggs with fried green tomatoes, grits and buttermilk biscuits).
Valid November 1, 2009 through April 30, 2010.
