Evolution Action Sports Training Center is all about Stunt Acrobatics on Trampolines, Mini Trampolines, Tumble Tracks and a Power Tumbling Floor.   We are all about Free Running, Parkour, Sports Yoga and Sports Acrobatics.  We're about SKateboarding in our new Action Sports Park. We are about playing fun games like Dragon's Tail, Middle Earth Wrestling, Extreme Elimination, Gladiator Games, Team Adventure Games, Dodge Ball, Hoops, Juggling, and playing Old School games like Man Hunt, Capture the Flag, Sardines, Reliveo, Kick the Can and so much more. 

E.A.S.T. is not just about heart thumping fun.  Our programs develop physical strength, emotional strength and mental strength.  Our training enhances focus and concentration skills and the harmonious functioning of the whole body. The atmosphere here is free spirited, adventurous, supportive and fun, as well as challenging. All skills and games are taught in a systematic progression for safety and skill mastery.
