Dinner for eight prepared by Jim Cannon, V.P. of Culinary and Beverage at Ruth's Chris Steak House!  Jim is an Executive Chef and a Sommelier and has 26 years of experience of fine dining experience.

Jim will personally meet with the winners of the dinner to customize the menu which will include wine pairings and also will work around dietary restrictsions, etc.
