October 17 - The French Market
October 18 - Seafood
November 7 - Brunch
November 11 - Vegetarian/Vegan
November 21 - Hors d'Oeuvres
December 5 - International Cuisine
December 9 - Vegetarian/Vegan
December 19 - The Italian Kitchen
Special Instructions
Space is limited to 6 students for each class; a minimum of 5 students is required to hold the class. Classes will be held on Wednesday evenings 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. and/or Saturday mornings 9:00 a.m. to noon. Class includes everything -- even the food supply fee!
Must make a reservation for your class.
Mary Maggo has taught Cooking Classes for 20+ years. She graduated from Culinary Institute, Hyde Park, NY; retired as Regional Food & Beverage Manager of Corporate Clubs of America; created Food & Beverage program for The Bay Hill Golf Tournament
