Located about midway down the Florida Keys, Key Colony Beach is located in the Heart of the Florida Keys at mile marker 53.5 on US Highway 1 which is known locally as the Overseas Highway. The city, called the "Gem of the Florida Keys," is a on an island just south of the Overseas Highway connected via a causeway with a very small bridge.

Stay 7 days and 6 nights in this home on a canal with quick access to the Gulf or Atlantic Ocean which makes it ideal for fishing and boating activities. There are beautiful Coral Reefs nearby, with excellent fishing and diving locations and much more. Activities abound in Key Colony Beach, including restaurants, a charter fishing fleet, marina, boat rentals, clothing store, hair salon, dive and tackle shop, public tennis courts, and a 9-hole par-3 golf course. 

Winning bidder must be 25 years of age or older and will be responsible for payments, deposits, and adherence to the terms and conditions of owner. This is a 2 bedroom/2 bath unit. Owner may restrict occupancy to 5 persons. Smoking is not permitted in the unit. No pets. You will work with owner on dates and details. Damage deposit required.
