Join chef Laura Lee in the Santa Rosa G & G Market for a cooking demonstration and tasting featuring 4-5 Tapas recipes.
Wines paired for each recipe.
You and the chef mutually agree upon your menu, the date and time of the event, at least four weeks ahead, and you invite 15 friends!
Everyone will be delighted to learn Chef Laura's secrets, sample great food, and sip great wine!
Chef Laura Douglas-Lee is an instructor at the Culinary Institute in St. Helena, has been chef at Simi Winery and owned her own catering company. You will have the opportunity to learn to cook small plate dishes.
