Ice Creams, Chocolate Milk, Cottage Cheese and Cheese Cake are not included in this basket - for obvious reasons! Carrageenan is a natural thickener, stabilizer, and gelling agent extracted from seaweed. The Carrageenan used in these products was manufactured right here in Rockland, Maine at FMC BioPolymer.
