ABOUT US
Midcoast Internet Solutions, located in Rockland, Maine, was founded in April of 1995 as a local internet service provider and unix/tcp-ip networking resource.
Primarily, we provide internet access and internet services for local companies, individuals, and educational institutions. We provide quality internet access and support for a geographic area extending from Boothbay Harbor and Wiscasset to Lincolnville and Islesboro Maine. This includes communities such as Rockland, Camden, Rockport, Owls Head, Thomaston, Tenants Harbor, Damariscotta, Waldoboro, Warren, Nobleboro, as well as the Fox Islands.
Midcoast Internet Solutions was the first internet provider in the midcoast area. We are also the first company in the area that provides internet access via T1. We are also the first and only company in the area now that has multiple backbones lines coming into town; giving us the greatest capacity and redundancy.
In addition to providing internet access, Midcoast Internet Solutions also works with companies and schools to set up servers, routers, and other TCP-IP WAN equipment.

All items and gift certificates may be picked up at the Chamber of Commerce office on One Park Drive in Rockland. Gift certificates will be mailed to the winners at no charge. If the winner is unable to pick up an item, it will be shipped to them and they will be responsible for all shipping and handling fees, which will be added to the winning bid amount. Items will be shipped and billed at standard industry rates.
