12.5" x 6" lidded canister thrown in a course buff stoneware clay. The form has been faceted and finished using multiple handcrafted highfired studio glazes. The main feature of this piece is a special crawling glaze that gives this piece its distinctive look and feel.

Zygote Blum is a ceramic artist and silversmith living and working in California's central valley's delta port city of Stockton. He works out of his residential studio just off the Miracle Mile creating works for 2 Etsy shops, FetishGhost.etsy.com and RedGateCeramics.etsy.com. His studio has the grubby friendly feel of a potters cottage, it's a small leaky and very well ventilated old 1920's garage with kids running through it all day... and he loves it!
