Take a break from the routine and let me cook for you!


You'll choose from a menu of seasonal, family-friendly, gourmet meals, and I’ll deliver them to your door, the week of your choice.  Each meal will feed a family of four.



You’ll get something for tonight, something for tomorrow, something for the freezer, and a Go-To Pantry item that will turn your plain old stand-bys into fresh and yummy favorites!  (A sample menu is attached,  and I can adjust for any dietary preferences or restrictions you and your family might have.)

Day 1:   (Eat Tonight!!)


Herb & Lemon Roasted Salmon on a Bed of Roasted Potatoes and Sautéed Greens


Tequila-Lime Marinated Skirt Steak with Balsamic-Tomato Salsa served with Grilled Red Peppers, Zucchini and Onions


Chicken Breasts Stuffed with Fontina, Artichokes and Sun-Dried Tomatoes and Orzo Pilaf with Parsley and Pine Nuts


Vegetable Curry with Lime Saffron Rice and Mango Salsa


 


Day 2: (Eat Tomorrow)


Golden Mustard Barbecued Chicken with Chili Lime Corn on the Cob and Mixed Green Salad with Sherry-Thyme Vinaigrette


Indian-Spiced Ribs, Couscous Pilaf with Almonds, Currants and Mint and Cucumber Raita


Spicy Curry Noodle Soup with Chicken and Sweet Potato, served with a Chopped Romaine and Carrot Salad and Lime-Cumin Vinaigrette


Grilled Vegetable Bruschetta and Assorted Sausages, accompanied by Tomato Soup Drizzled with Basil-Garlic Oil


 


Day 3: (For Freezing:  Accompanied by Serving Instructions/Suggestions)


Carnitas (Braised, Shredded Pork with Mexican Seasonings for Tacos or Burritos)


Bolognese Pasta Sauce (Veal, Beef and Pork and Tomato)


Turkey and Vegetable Chili


Split Pea Soup with Ham (or veggies!)


Go-To Pantry Item


Garlic-Herb Butter (for bread, chicken, fish)


Rosemary/Garlic Olive Oil (for steak, lamb, potatoes)


Moroccan Spice Blend (a dry rub for grilling chicken or lamb, or to mix into yogurt for a sauce)
