Nasi Lemak is the national dish of Malaysia! It's eaten any time. If you live in Malaysia, you'll eat Nasi Lemak at breakfast, lunch, dinner...... Any time of the day! It's cooked in coconut milk, with pandan (screwpine) leaves and even ginger or a stalk of lemon grass.  Nasi Lemak is available on almost every street corner and in almost every local-themed restaurant, served with everything from chicken to beef to cuttlefish. 

For this auction, a special 3 course Malaysian Dinner (for 6) will be delivered to your home.

Appetizer
Roti Chanai & Chicken Curry:  Roti chanai is a flaky bread much like the Indian Paratha bread (only flakier).  The chicken curry is chicken breast spiced with homemade masala, sautéed with curry leaves and cooked in low fat coconut milk.

Main Course
Nasi Lemak with condiments:  Nasi lemak has several elements to it.  You will have options to choose from!  The rice is lightly spiced with ginger and coconut milk.  The vegetable chutney has carrots, cucumber, almonds, raisins, mustard seeds and onions.

Dessert:
Tapioca pudding with a Malaysia spin!
