Here is a fantastic piece of authentic Polish Pottery made at the Boleslawiec Factory in Poland.  This is a 14 and 1/2 inch round platter, hand painted with a floral wreath design.  The platter is dishwasher, microwave and oven safe. It comes with a Certificate of Authenticity. 

Today, in a small village in Poland, skilled artisans individually handcraft and handpaint each piece with the same pride and care used over a century ago.  Unique to these ceramics are the iridescent eye markings that characterize the peacock.  These large blue and green eyespots and variations are classically arranged to depict distinctive patterns and no two pieces are exactly alike.
