This exciting New York Adventure begins at the New York Stock Exchange with special access to the trading floor now closed to the public. You will be personally guided on a tour which will show you how equities are traded on the NYSE and see capitalism in action. Your next stop is a one-day tour of Port Authority of New York/New Jersey with the Director of Emergency Management for the Port Authority of New York/New Jersey. The Port Authority manages all area seaports, bus terminals, airports, tunnels, bridges and the PATH trains.  They also oversee the World Trade Center site.  On this once-in-a-lifetime trip, the Director will pick you up form your hotel and show you and your family behind the scenes of such places as the K-9 training center for Explosive Detection dogs, a New York Fire Station, the operation center of the PATH train, and so much more! You could go up in one of the cranes that lifts huge containers of cargo onto the ships in the New York seaport or in the tower of the Washington bridge.
