These elegant marine life carvings are sculpted from a very dense wood known as Ironwood.   They are approximately 25 to 30 centimeters in length and have been meticulously crafted to a smooth, shiny finish to enhance their beauty. These carvings originate in Mexico.  The larger wood sculptures such as these are becoming more expensive and harder to find.  They will make wonderful displays that will be admired for years to come.
