In the hallowed annals of high altitude mountaineering, famous teams have made their mark on the loftiest of the famed eight-thousanders...Hillary and Norgay, Jim and Lou Whittaker, Mark Twight and Jeff Lowe...and now Otterson, Young and Taylor!  Yes, you'll get a chance to climb with these three avatars of the ascent, these sultans of the summit!  Become one of the few to make an oxygen-free, alpine assault on one of THE formidable big walls in the world.  Okay, okay, we're going a bit "over the top" (get it?), but seriously....Come join Messrs. Otterson, Young and Taylor Saturday, January 9 from 10 a.m. for an approximately 2 hour climbing adventure and lunch at Sport Rock Climbing Gym in Alexandria, Virginia.  You'll be given some expert instruction from some of Sport Rock's finest guides and learn the fundamentals of "top roping" and bouldering.  Additionally, Mr. Otterson will show you an outstanding, low altitude (you're never more than three feet off the ground) wall workout -- the Traverse!  (Yes, it's even better than the Thursday morning 4-count pushup.)
