Delaware native Anna Massey Biggs studied in Italy and graduated from the Rhode Island School of Design and the Fashion Institute of Technology. Her classic yet contemporary jewelry designs have long appealed to all age groups. Her pieces  can dressed up or dressed down. Her desire is to make jewelry that will be passed from one generation to the next and be equally desired by all.
