One case of Mustang Sally Shiraz. Incredibly soft all around for an Aussie shiraz; the nose is pleasant, with red berry, a bit of cocoa, perfume and earth. Even the color is light, being translucent ruby. The attack is also mild, with the berry flavors mixing well with a little acidity and pepper. Certainly not an overpowering wine like so many others from this region. This would mix well with a variety of foods, even fish, because of its delicate character. A clean finish that fades quickly, but with some residual strawberry flavors.
