Three classes that you can use anytime at at Burn 60. Get fit with this innovative workout of 30 minutes of cardio on a treadmill and 30 minutes of weight resistance training.
Challenge yourself to 60 minutes of interval training combining 5, 10 or 15 minute bursts of intense activity on a treadmill with intervals of weights, strength and resistance equipment on the floor. Each class with a maximum of 24 clients allows you to train at your own intensity and comfort level. The guaranteed result is always a challenging, fun, fast-paced full body incredible workout.
