Special Instructions
In order to engage Morgan Stanley to prepare a financial plan, you need to enter into a written agreement specifying the terms of our work, and setting out our obligations to you. When we deliver the financial plan to you, the investment advisory relationship between you and Morgan Stanley created by the financial plan will immediately terminate. We will remind you of this by giving you a Delivery Acknowledgment form. From that point on, you will retain sole responsibility for making all investment decisions with respect to the implementation of your financial plan. You may implement your financial plan at Morgan Stanley or at another firm. If you engage Morgan Stanley, we will act as your broker, unless you expressly engage us in writing to act as your investment advisor on any particular account(s), in which case we will act as your investment advisor solely for such account(s).
