Winter Comet Bobsled: Feel the rush as you speed down the Olympic track in a 4-person bobsled. A trained pilot will take you and other passengers through 15 curves, reaching speeds up to 80 mph, and pulling close to 4 G’s of force. The “Comet” winter bobsled ride is not for the faint of heart. Billed as the most intense minute of your life, this ride will give you a very good idea of what Olympic bobsled athletes experience day in and day out.
WINTER COMET BOBSLED PASSENGERS MUST BE AT LEAST 16 YEARS OLD AND IN GOOD HEALTH.
Utah Olympic Park is cradled by the Wasatch Mountains and is adjacent to the Canyons Resort. The 389-acre Utah Olympic Park facilities include six Nordic jumps (K10, K20, K40, K64, K120), a 1335-meter sliding track with five start areas, freestyle aerials winter training and competition hill, 750.000-gallon freestyle aerials summer training pool, a 15,000 square foot Day Lodge, Joe Quinney Winter Sports Center, Alf Engen Ski Museum and 2002 Eccles Winter Olympic Museum.
