The diamond is laser inscribed on the girdle with a DIN #. This number is printing on the Canadian Diamond Code of Conduct Certificate authenticating the Canadian origin of the diamond. Each diamond is tracked from the mine, through the refining process to the retail jeweler. The certificate was issued by the Competition Bureau, Government of Canada.
