Brimmer and May's Fourth Grade students decorated this colorful wooden trunk with scenes from "The Silk Road," a book of fiction and folktales set in the ancient Asian trading route. Fairies, Dragons, Camels, and Princesses are just a few of the characters found on this carefully created piece. Each student's name is on the trunk, a genuine expression of the excitement the children feel about studying Asia. The trunk has a beautiful decoupage finish that will preserve the unique and eclectic art and make it a classic addition to your home.  You will also receive an assortment of Asian inspired items inside the chest.
