Bharatanatyam and Balinese music and dance will come together in Dhvee to explore the nature of myth and how it touches humanity, from the personal to the global. 

Dhvee will be created both in the United States and in Bali, Indonesia, and will have its premiere at the Bali International Arts Festival in June of 2009 followed by the US premiere at the Walker Art Center in October.
