Delivery/pick up location of container must be within 20 miles of Salem, MA.  Container is available for no longer than 2 weeks.  Container not to be used for construction, commercial uses, no hazardous waste, concrete, asphalt, etc.  Homeowner assumes all responsibility for any damage that may be created by locating of the container, ie: grass, driveway, etc.  Certificate good for one year.
