The Prep Kitchen, located at 491 US Route One (Suite 10) in Freeport, Maine has the easy answer to the dreaded daily question: what's for dinner?  The Prep Kitchen, provider of prepared meals and premade meals from their food salon, is here to help you!

They will do the shopping, the cutting, grating, chopping, slicing, parboiling, and making the sauces.  They will provide 14 different recipes each month for delicious dinner entrées.  Customers visit The Prep Kitchen to assemble and personalize 6 or 12 of the meal options and take home their premade meals to store in the refrigerator or freezer and have on hand for a good dinner in a hurry.
