This card cannot be redeemed for cash and no cash back will be given.  Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced.  Card is not a credit card or debit card.  After 24 months of non-use, a service fee of $2 per month will be deducted from the remaining balance on the card, except where prohibited by law. Shipping of item, if needed, is not included in bid price.
