Caiola’s prides itself on using local farms such as Laughing Stock, Caldwell, Apple Tree, Sunset Acres, Harbor Fish, and Upstream, just to name a few. Caiola’s family begins with its name, which comes from Lisa’s great grandfather Augustino Caiola of Napoli.
