This beautiful aubergine felted purse, hand knit by Karen Schilling, measures approximately 10" x 7 1/2" with 7 1/2" long handle.  Felted purses are made of 100% wool using the time honored technique of pounding, agitation, and scrubbing until the natural barbs of wool fasten on to each other.
