Platinum Salon is a new full service salon on 23rd Street in the Chelsea/Flatiron section of Manhattan. Co-owner Peter Diaz says “We are bringing the talent, atmosphere, and over-the-top customer service to this neighborhood that you’d normally find in a European or Madison Avenue salon. The only difference is we are offering it in a friendlier, more upbeat fashion and at an affordable price.”
