Julian Hibbard is a thirty six year old English photographer living and working in New York.

His areas of specialization are fine art and fashion photography, involving the use of narrative strategies, careful lighting and emphasis on a sense of location.

Julian’s clients include record labels, fashion magazines and many international book publishers. His images have been used to illustrate covers by such authors as Stephen King, Paul Theroux and Ruth Rendell.

Julian’s fine art photography has been exhibited in London, Scotland, Santiago de Chile and Los Angeles. In May 2008, he exhibited at the prestigious Fundación RAC Gallery (Rosón Arte Contemporáneo) in Northern Spain. Most recently, in March 2009, select images from his forthcoming book "The Noir A-Z" were shown at the Ivy Brown Gallery in NYC.
