 For over 40 years, Canongate Golf Clubs has provided the ultimate in quality, variety, and value to thousands of Atlanta area families. There is truly no other private club network like Canongate in the world. 


Canongate I - Sharpsburg, GA.   This 36 hole club features the uniqueness of four distinct nines built into the natural features of the surrounding area.  Canongate I was the first of the Canongate golf courses. It originally opened in 1965 with 18 holes designed by world renowned architects, Dick Wilson and Joe Lee. An additional 18 holes were added in 1999 by architects Rocky Roquemore and Jeff Burton.


White Oak - Newnan, GA. This 36-hole club offers two distinct layouts. The Old Course, with its traditional layout, is highlighted by great elevation changes, tree-lined fairways and large greens, and serves as the home of the Women’s Georgia Open. The Seminole course offers an enjoyable day for all golfers with unique holes, water, and bunkers coming into play throughout the golf course. Canongate-on-White Oak first opened in 1986 with 18 holes. Additional nines were added in 1987 and 1990, giving members a total of 36 holes. Rocky Roquemore was the principal architect for the golf course, which is a favorite among members.


Summergrove - Newnan, GA. With its outstanding layout and first-rate amenities, Summergrove provides a top notch golf experience.  Designed by Jemsek Golf, winners of the Jack Nicklaus Family Golf Award, this 18-hole championship golf course winds through both residential neighborhoods and wildlife areas. As a signature member of Audobon International, Summergrove allows golfers the pleasure of navigating challenging holes amidst the splendor of thousands of hardwoods and native dogwoods in preserved areas of wildlife habitats and wetlands. The impeccably manicured Zoysia fairways and bentgrass greens make Summergrove a special course that is scenic, fun to play, and challenging from the back tees


Planterra Ridge - Peachtree City, GA. This spectacular course is known for having both the best layout and views in the area. The undulating greens, demanding tee shots, and tree-lined fairways create a beautiful and enjoyable challenge for both novice and experienced players alike.  Planterra Ridge is another extension of the Peachtree City cluster of courses, along with Braelinn and Flat Creek. An 18-hole facility designed by Rocky Roquemore and Jeff Burton in 1994, Planterra Ridge is a beautiful golf course with many scenic holes to its credit.


Flat Creek - Peach Tree City, GA.  This popular 27-hole Peachtree City course features three diverse nines, a variety of elevation changes, and the Flat Creek that meanders beautifully throughout the course.  Flat Creek Country Club is a 27-hole facility located in Peachtree City.  Joe Lee designed the course, which opened in 1968.


Braelinn - Peach Tree City, GA  Braelinn is a member favorite. The 18-hole layout includes a unique mix of holes with beautiful tree lined fairways, challenging water features, and more bunkers than any other Canongate course.  Braelinn is a wonderful collaboration from architects Joe Lee and Rocky Roquemore. The course opened in 1988 and is an 18-hole facility that acts as an extension for the Flat Creek membership.


Chapel Hills - Douglasville, GA.  Winding through valleys and steep hills, and adorned by Georgia’s beautiful azalea bushes, Chapel Hills offer a beautiful day of golf for everyone. The signature double green is shared by holes 9 and 18, and the undulating greens are some of the fastest in the area.  Chapel Hills is a wonderful golf course that opened in 1992 and was designed by Rocky Roquemore and Jeff Burton. A difficult course to design, Chapel Hills winds through valleys and over steep hills with granite outcroppings. As are all Roquemore/Burton designs, it is a challenging and fun course to play.


Mirror Lake - Villa Rica, GA. Set on the shore of the beautiful Mirror Lake, this modern design features the area’s most spectacular views. The 36-hole course features four distinct nines and some of the area’s largest and fastest greens. With 5 tee options, this course is enjoyable for golfers of all skill levels. The golf course was built on a 100-acre lake and features breathtaking views and large, gently undulating greens.


Heron Bay - Locust Grove, GA.  Heron Bay features a beautiful 18-hole, par-72 Championship Golf Course stretching out to over 7,300 yards from the back tees. Carefully designed and crafted by acclaimed architect Jeff Burton, the course blends perfectly with the community’s natural surroundings and features state-of-the-art Tif Sport Bermuda fairways and bentgrass greens. Numerous golf holes have lake features. The third and thirteenth greens are both adjacent to Henry County’s 1,100-acre Cole Reservoir, providing golfers with spectacular views.


Hamilton Mill - Dacula, GA. This stunning par 72 course is 6,825 yards in length and offers a magnificent collection of memorable holes. This is a world-class course with all the features that one would expect of such a facility. Members will enjoy playing Fred Couples's first signature golf course time and again.  Hamilton Mill was co-designed by Masters champion and PGA Tour star, Fred Couples, and award-winning golf course architect, Gene Bates. With its panoramic views, Bermuda grass fairways, undulating bentgrass greens, and impeccable conditioning, Hamilton Mill Golf Club continues to be recognized as one of Atlanta's Top 10 golf courses.


Windermere - Cumming, GA.  Windermere Golf Club was masterfully designed by PGA champion, Davis Love, III, and the course opened in June 2000 to rave reviews. Love created a design that is challenging, playable, scenic, and in harmony with its surroundings. The course rolls through the Piedmont Plateau and offers stunning views.


Olde Atlanta - Suwanee, GA. Considered one of the finest and most playable courses in the metropolitan Atlanta area, the course at Old Atlanta was designed by world-renowned architect, Arthur Hills, and was built in 1993.  Just west of the Chattahoochee River, Georgia's rolling hills and hardwood trees provide the perfect setting for this magnificent course.  This championship, world-class golf course was named by Golf Digest as a 3-Star Award Winner in 2001, and has earned accolades for its varying terrain, dramatic changes in elevation, and spectacular scenery.  The breathtaking views from the tees, along with the tree-lined Bermuda fairways and well-bunkered bentgrass greens, combine with several creeks and lakes to present a challenge for even the best golfers.


Eagle Watch - Woodstock, GA.  The Arnold Palmer designed course was built in August of 1989, and it has consistently been ranked among the top places to play in Atlanta by golfing publications.  Eagle Watch is a traditional-style course with a number of dramatic elevation changes and water features that protect 10 of the 18 holes.  Eagle Watch’s signature hole is the very picturesque No. 14 where the drama is all about the lake that protects the front and right side of a sloping two-tiered green.


Georgia National - McDonough, GA.  Located in the heart of McDonough, Georgia National offers one of the most challenging and enjoyable golf courses in the state. Built in 1994 Georgia National is laid out over 171 rolling acres and features Bermuda fairways and bentgrass greens.


White Water Creek - Fayetteville, GA. Arnold Palmer’s signature course design at Whitewater Creek is considered one of the finest layouts on the south side of Atlanta.  The championship course is made up of fairways lined by giant Oak trees nestled among rolling foothills and majestic waterways.  The manicured greens are surrounded by creative sand bunker configurations, promising a beautiful, yet challenging round of golf.

Valid on any weekday (M-F) excluding holidays. Tee Time reservations up to two days in advance. Please know that proper golf attire is required at all Canongate Golf Clubs. Collared sports shirts or golf shirts must be worn. No jeans, denim, running or jogging shorts, swimwear, tank tops or t-shirts please. We hope you enjoy your round of golf.
