Chef Beth Pav of Cooking by Design Culinary Studio and Jackie Gulledge of Food Match, Inc lead an olive tasting for 12 people of some of the world's acclaimed varieties from Italy, Spain, Morocco, and beyond. Explore an olive's journey from cultivation to table, and pair olives with simple yet elegant menu ideas you can use for any occasion. Tasting will be held at Cooking by Design's private commercial kitchen studio in the beautiful Texas Hill Country, only 15 miles from downtown Austin.

*tasting will last a minimum of 1.5 hours maximum 2 hours; *must be redeemed within 6 months of auction end date (Nov. 20, 2009)
*must be scheduled Monday through Thursday Evening or Sunday afternoon
*must have at least 1 month in advance to schedule
