Mark Chapman teaches Baking and Pastry at Texas Culinary Academy and was named one of the country's Top 10 Pastry Chefs by both Chocolatier and Pastry Art and Design Magazine in 2004. He was the Executive Pastry Chef at The Driskill Hotel in Austin, La Mansion in San Antonio, and Maxim's and The Stanhope Hotel in New York City.
