Description
12 classes in a 6-week session of The Running School is yours. You'll learn how to begin a running program or improve the one you already have. This is for all levels of runners and walkers. Class also includes core work, speed work, and drills. This is a GREAT group of people who enjoy having fun together RUNNING! Classes are Tuesday and Thursday mornings, 6-7 a.m. at Lee Hedges Stadium (Capt. Shreve).
