Cartoonist, artist, animator and LASA parent Sam Hurt is known for his whimsical approach to everyday life. Creator of the iconic comic strips "Eyebeam" and "Peaches: Queen of the Universe," Hurt also has won prizes for his animation work. You can find more of his work at the Avenue Gallery on South Congress Avenue in Austin.
"Down Time" is a work in ink and paint on paper, framed in a 6-3/4 inch by 8-3/4 inch frame.
