The Squam Lakes Natural Science Center has been helping visitors explore New Hampshire’s natural world since 1966. Located in Holderness, NH, the Center includes hiking trails, exhibits, gardens, an Artisan’s Gallery, gift shop, the Kirkwood Café and, of course, Squam Lake itself. These 4 one-day trail passes will grant you access to all the walking/hiking trails as well as the Gephart Exhibit Trail. Here you will see exhibits highlighting such native animals as white tailed deer, bobcats, mountain lions, otters, black bears, fishers, and red fox. A separate raptor exhibit features the bald eagle, great horned owl, American kestrel, turkey vulture, red-tailed hawk, red-shouldered hawk and broad-shouldered hawk. Choose your season.
