This North Country Slow Food Gourmet Feast is a pairing of farmer and chefs. All local fresh ingredients will be provided by Meadowstone Farm of Bethlehem, NH and will be prepared by inspired chefs Joel Timm and Ronnie Bauch, both members of the North Country Chamber Players.

Meadowstone Farm is a small, organic farm in northern New Hampshire specializing in berries, vegetables, seedlings, pork and chicken. Farmer Tim Wennrich will be on hand during the feast to share Meadowstone Farm’s philosophy that giving plants and animals what they need to be happy results in plants and animals that are less stressed and more resistant to diseases and insects. Ultimately, the result is the fresh, nutritious and delicious food which will be used in this Slow Food Gourmet Feast.

This Gourmet Feast is for 8 - 10 people and will be held in the home of the winning bidder on a date to be decided by all parties involved.
