The 2D lesson will show you the correct grip, swing path, and set-up for every shot. Work off of dead ball drills for groundstrokes, out of the air balls for volleys, and regular serve position. All shots are video taped from 4 different camera angles. The video lesson provides you with a work guide to use on the court. Video lessons are much more productive than regular on court lessons for technique. Video lets you see the improvements you are making without always worrying about where the ball is going.
