Shape-Up Fitness Center started as a small facility on E 17th Street and Irvine Blvd in 1982, and outgrowing the facility in 1990, we moved to a larger location in Westcliff Plaza, Newport Beach. This expanded facility offered complete fitness facilities and we quickly became known as the area’s choice for fitness and leaders in personal training.
