Deep red with black tints; The nose of the 2004 Joshua Syrah is full of blueberries, violets, boysenberry, raspberries, rhubarb and panna cotta with fruits of the forest. These aromas flow through to a wonderfully varietal palate with loads of blackberries, blueberries and soft white pepper. The mouthfeel is beautifully balanced; with firm chalky tannins intermingling with the fruit on the fine persistent finish.
