Description

Normal weather patterns prevailed during the long, cool growing season which produced typical crop levels. Unseasonably cool weather--which included late September and October rains--delayed the harvest, producing lower sugars and lean, vigorous wines. Cabernet Sauvignon 97%, Cabernet Franc 1%, Merlot 2%

Spectator Review: "Sleek, elegant and polished, with a complex array of earthy currant, anise, sage, cedar and spice, finishing with firm, dry tannins. Right on the maturity border..."
