Kathy Barney, a resident of Danville for over twenty years, is dedicated to offering the women in the community a full service health club, that promotes a healthy lifestyle and is designed specifically to meet the needs of women.

Club Profile:

Professionally Equipped : professionally equipped gym with treadmills, ellipticals, stair climbers, state of the art 30–minute Circuit, weight training equipment, free weights. Our equipment is designed specifically for women, providing a safer, more complete workout experience.

Group Exercise Floor: large group exercise area that feature over 40 classes per week at each of the two convenient locations:

Entertainment – Cardio Theater: Facilities have televisions with “cardio theater” that allows our members to watch their favorite television shows while working out.

Certified Instructors: We believe we have the finest certified instructors in our marketplace.  Many of our instructors hold numerous certifications, allowing us to provide a large variety of classes in an informative, fun and safe environment.     

Personal Trainers: All of our personal trainers hold national personal training certifications from highly accredited associations such as NASM (National Association of Sports Medicine) and ACE (American Council on Exercise).  Our trainers are experienced and specialize in the exercise and training of women.

Executive Locker Room: We provide our members, executive lockers, showers, towel service, and many amenities that allow you to refresh yourself after a vigorous workout.

Kathy’s Boutique: Great selection of workout apparel and workout accessories at affordable prices.

Kid’s Clubhouse - Child Care: We are very proud of the services we provide to the children.  Members can relax and enjoy their workouts knowing that their children are being cared for in a safe, clean environment staffed with experienced caring providers.  Children will enjoy the toys, crafts, videos and fun projects they will experience at Kids Clubhouse.  Kids Clubhouse includes a secure check-in/check-out system, private washroom facilities and toys that are cleaned and replaced regularly.
