Four couples will begin a chauffeured afternoon of premiere wineries beginning at Schug Carneros Estate, spanning the southern ends of the Napa and Sonoma Valleys.  Your driver will take your group through the Schug’s family owned vineyards and rose borders of the estate to where the winery building is tucked into a hillside containing underground barrel caves.  You will follow your guide from the vineyard to the crush pad and into the caves.  Enjoy wine tasting and their vista point with a 360º view of the surrounding area and when you have finished, return to enjoy a gourmet picnic lunch featuring Napa wines in the caves.   From Schug, you will be driven up Route 29 to Hall Wineries in the historic Napa Valley.  At Hall you will tour and taste wine from one of the primary winemaking facilities in Napa for much of the last century.  Stay and visit their elegant new visitor center or relax in their arbor-covered courtyards and take in the original works of modern art and sculpture from the Halls’ personal collection.  A fabulous afternoon will be had by all.
