Heidi's Raspberry Jam starts with hand selected raspberries grown in Corrales, New Mexico.  It's a unique agricultural village farmed by small families who have been living there for generations. The jam is made in small batches, by hand with loving care.  Heidi uses a blend of four varieties of raspberries and slowly cooks them to a brief and delicate boiling phase which ensures that the precious vitamins and beautiful color are preserved for your exquisite raspberry experience.

The fantastic fruit is grown by Heidi's brother Doug.  He's an Organic Producer certified by the New Mexico Organic Commodities Commission.  This means he uses no artificial fertilizers and no pesticides or herbicides.  Doug is committed to sustaining the land in healthy condition for future generations.  He provides hives in the field for the honeybees which pollinate the delicate raspberry blossoms.  A flock of native Rio Grande turkeys control the insect population amongst the hedge rows.

The highest bidder will receive 1 case with a dozen 10 oz jars.  You can choose any combination of the following four flavors of Heidi's Jam:

Raspberry Jam, Raspberry Ginger, Raspberry Red Chile, and Raspberry Red Chile Ginger.
