Description
The Harwood Art Center in Albuquerque, an outreach program of Escuela del Sol, is a creative center for community and the arts. Participating at a grassroots level, they work to build a sustainable and more vibrant community by using the arts as a catalyst for personal empowerment, cultural enrichment, and as a vehicle for social change.
The Harwood offers classes year round and the highest bidder will receive a $100 gift certificate redeemable toward any Harwood art, music, or literary class/workshop.
The Harwood Art Center's main building is at the corner of Seventh Street and Mountain Road, just north of downtown Albuquerque.
Their Fall and Winter class schedule will be posted on their website August 15.
