Description
You will be bidding for the first 2 1/2 hour session of a year- long program to help students and families identify, apply to, and pay for college. This focus will be for seniors.
For juniors and sophomores, the focus begins with the appropriate preparation for the widest access to the most competitive colleges. Understanding financial aid and scholarships will also be covered in the program.
If students want to continue with the curriculum after this introductory session, they will be given a discount for the rest of the year.
Rae Siporin is an independent Education Management Professional. She is the former director of Undergraduate Admissions and Relations with Schools at UCLA. During her 22-year tenure, she admitted nearly 250,000 students to the campus and revolutionized the way many of the nation's top colleges select students for admission.
Jerry M. Whitlock spent 27 years as a senior policy analyst with the U.S. Department of Education/Student Financial Aid. He served as Associate Director of Financial Aid at MIT and has taught at several colleges.
Beth Bartolini-Salimbeni, former Fulbright Scholar and twice an NEH fellow, has served as a consultant to College Board and as a test developer for SAT and AP. She teaches at the high school and college levels.
