Description
Marian Berg has been making art for over 35 years. She was born in Chicago and studied at the Art Institute of Chicago and Columbia College. Marian received her undergraduate degree from Northeastern Illinois University and continued her art education at the University of New Mexico. She fell in love with the dramatic landscape and has made New Mexico her home for 27 years.
"Monument Valley" is an original Southwest landscape painting by this Albuquerque artist, done shortly after she was horseback riding in the area.
Marian Berg has been a loyal listener of KUNM for many years and wants to show appreciation for all the dedicated staff and volunteers.
