The private sessions with Colleen Cummins will include work on the mat and the main equipment developed by Joseph Pilates: the reformer, the cadillac, the high and low chair, and the spine corrector.  She will also incorporate small apparatus such as the magic circle.  Your program will be designed to meet your needs and goals.  

*Please note: The Pilates sessions must be used within a 4 week period or less.
