Roughing It Day Camp-- Helping children to grow in wonderful ways since 1972! We are proud to donate a $500 gift certificate for Summer 2010 to be used towards Roughing It?s 4 & 8 week sessions of Day Camp, or for a 2 week session of Horse Camp. Roughing It Day Camp is a traditional all-outdoor day camp located at the Lafayette Reservoir for children ages 4 1/2 - 16. We offer instruction in horseback riding, swimming, canoeing, kayaking, rowing, fishing, sports, crafts, outdoor education and more. Our 4 & 8 week sessions build character, friendships, teamwork, skills, and confidence. Transportation is included from San Francisco and extended care programs are available. Roughing It also offers two week Horse Camps specializing in English or Western riding and horsemanship. This comprehensive program includes multiple riding lessons daily, horsemanship, and a horse show every session. Programs run from June 21 through August 13, 2010.
